Over Charged

Hello, 

i paid for an Air BNB booking and paid $1823.49, which is the balance i was expecting to pay. my credit card was then debited an additional $72. can you please tell me what this is for?

Without knowing more about the booking its impossible to say - currency conversion fee maybe?

I was charged twice for the same reservation.  I sent in my credit card statement to verify that I was charged twice and this evidence was ignored.  Thankfully my credit card company is taking a stand on this!  Why are they unable to have a better system fir tracking payments.  Get this, the 2nd charge was Made 15 days after the trip was over.  How would they have let me stay if it was not paid.

It sounds like Airbnb is having issues with embezzlement on the inside.  My receipt was also altered after the fact.  I have the original receipt though.
