PATHETIC SERVICE BY TECHNICAL TEAM AS WELL AS CUSTOMER SERVICE

I HAVE BEEN FACING ISSUES WITH MY LISTING AND IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 2 MONTHS AND YET I HAVE NOT GOT ANY RESPONSE NOR CALLS, EVERY TIME I CALL THEY KEEP ME ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 30 MINUTES.

 

THIS IS THE WORST SITE I HAVE EVER HOSTED AND I REGRET.

 

I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE. THERE ARE MORE HOSTS WHO HAVE THE SAME ISSUES AND THE TECH TEAM ARE INCAPABLE OF RESOLVING.

 

RIGHT NOW I AM GATHERING INFORMATION TO SUE YOUR COMPANY.

Good to meet you. I am sorry to hear your frustration here. 

 

I wasn't sure from your post above whether you actually managed to get through to someone in the Support Team and spoke with someone?

In terms of your question @Michelle254, you might find it useful to take a look at this Community Guide (created by a host here in the CC) on the different ways to contact the Support Team. I would before doing this though, if you haven't already, use the search bar here in the CC as you might find the answer you need. 🙂

I have had the same issue.. my listing is not searchable and I have called every few days for 2 months each time being put on hold from between 30 min to 1 hour.   I have the same conversation each time where I am told that they made my case urgent and that a technical specialist would get back to me within 24-48 hours... yet no one ever does.  My listing is still not searchable and I am in Alaska paying rent on a place that I kept on the basis that I would be able to rent it... and they do nothing.  I try to get some sort of accountability or email or confirmation from the customer service agent and that never goes anywhere.  Has anyone else had issues with their property not being searchable?  It is like it's invisible.
