I need  help..

we have a confirmed booking for 4 nights. after the first night, the guests decided to leave because of the street noise. They are very good guests.  out of good will, I offer a refund for ther balance 3 nights. How do i go about with airbnb for this refund ?

You can issue a refund to your guest in the Resolution Center:

Go to the Resolution Center. Choose the reservation you want to refund

Under Select a Reason, choose Offer Partial Reimbursement

Enter the desired amount, currency, and a message to your guest

After you send the details, your guest will be notified and can choose to accept or decline the offer. If the offer has been accepted, your transaction will be processed within 48 hours. You’ll be notified once the transaction is complete.

Once you submit the refund amount, the transaction is considered final.

Service fees

Airbnb service fees are non-refundable for guests. However, your 3% host fee will be adjusted according to your final reservation total after the refund.

Hi, it says i hvae no reservations to send the money to the current guest. I would like to issue them some money back. How can i go about doing it? thank you
