Pay out queries

 Perhaps a silly question but here it is.

On itineraty of guest the payout reflected the following

7 nights   R 4762

Cleaning       393

Airbnb fee  (169)

Payout     R4986

 However this was not the payment that went into banking account - is there any reason as to why the amount would be less?

I think you need to ask your bank - I suspect there may be transaction fees.
