Payment Method Verification

Hola, my name is Matias, I'm glad to join you guys...

My problem is this one: I successfully added a payout method.

 

'It’ll take up to 5 business days for us to verify it. Once its status is set to "Ready", we’ll pay you through this payout method.'

 

It is been already 2 weeks, and my status is still on "pending verification".

 

Any advises?

Lovely to meet you and welcome to the Community Center.

 

Just to let you know I have moved your post out of the other thread as it was on a different topic and I didn't want your question to get lost. As it is a new post, I have had to give it a new title, please let me know if you would prefer it to be something else and I will amend it. 🙂

 

Sorry to hear you are having a delay with your verification process. It should normally not take this long and as you mention it should take no longer than 5 days. What I would recommend is that you try setting up your payment method again and see if it works this time.
