Payment error

Hi Airbnb Center,

I'm a new host. The first guest checked-out 2 weeks ago. However, my payout method (bank transfer) is status error. I added another payment method (another visa debit) but it's also error.  Pls expain me what the error is and how do I fix this error issue?
