I am in Australia.  I am trying to add a new Payout Preference.  I have one Australian bank account listed and I want to add another Australian bank account.

I go through the process and I get an error message that says:-

An Error occured while processing your request

Refernce #97.854dcdad.1468552841.1fe50f43

I tried to start the process again and get the same error with a slightly differnent Refernce #.

What am I doing wrong?   Tks Nick

Me too.. Super Frustrating that there isn't even an indication of who to contact or any diagnosis.

If anyone learns anything, would very much appreciate if you could post an update here.

Hi, suggest you to email or call Airbnb directly if it's urgent to solve this. 

And always check on your pay out. Also make sure you bank details are always correct! 🙂

I have a host in my neighbourhood, her account got hacked by annonymous and the banking details were changed unknowingly.

this hacker received her payout without her knowing. Hope this helps a little with you payment methods. 🙂
