Hello @Edward, depending on your chosen payout method, it may take at least 2-3 business days after the first night the guest spent in your place. When did the guest check IN?

I have many payments delayed of 15-20 days after the date of CHECK OUT not of check in of guests. But aren't Airbnb terms that they pay the day after the arrival of guests? I received strange answers from their customer sevice (which is most probably just for guests, not for hosts!!!), about "experiments" that they are doing... with my money...Guests have already paid (some with months in advance). I think this is not even legal, as in the ocntract the payment terms are quite clear... Is this happening to others? Thank you
