Hello  - Why does AirBnb seem to hold the guests money.  We have two guests both who had their credit card weeks ago.  The transaction is listed as a "future transaction".  I understand if it takes a week but we've been waiting for 3 weeks.

The guest is charged at the time they reserve the listing.  The host payment is released 24 hours after the guest checks in.

As you seem to be a new host, I strongly urge you to do lots of reading about how Airbnb works - especially how payouts work and the penalties for cancelling a reservation.
