Payout method still pending after 14 days

Hi there,

We became hosts on Airbnb and added our payout method on the 10th of December but it still says "Pending Verification" even though the help guide says it takes less than 5 working days.

How can I get this reviewed so we can start getting our payouts?

In that case, make sure you're going on a computer with Google Chrome (with cleared cache, cookies, and history) 

Go onto your Account Settings > click Payout Preferences > click Add new payout method. 

Enter your information one more time and give it 5-7 business days. 

If that still doesn't work, contact Airbnb personally to report the issue in their system. 
Don't worry about your future payouts, because if there's no "Ready" status payout preference, your money would still be in your account.
