Payouts

My guest checked in on july 5th and left on the 9th.  I can see this in my "pending transactions" in my airbnb profile but nothing posted at all into my checking....  Does this seem like an excessive amount of time for this to get processed since today is now the 

12th of July??

My first experience with payouts it happened the day they checked in.  Is this common?? Please help:(

You should receive an email approx 24 hours after a guest checks in to say payment is being processed. Did you receive this?

 

If not, contact AirBnB - there may currently be an issue with payments as there have been a few other posts relating to delayed payments to hosts.

Welcome to the Community Center.

 

Depending upon the payment method and things like bank holidays, this can sometime result in the payment taking a few days longer than expect. As a few more days have gone by now, I just wondered if you have received your payment yet?
