Penalty

Hi,

I am a new host and I see that I get a penalty if I do not respond to a pre-approved reservation request within 24 hours. What is the penalty? If the person wanting to book asks a question and I answer needing a reply back before accepting, and they do not get back to me before the 24 hours is up, do I still get penalised?

If you not approve in that time frame decline.

You can tell the Guest that they are welcome to make another request when they are able to do so.
