Pending payout

Hi all,

I have some pending payments that airbnb says that are pending for security reasons but they never solve it and they are already 2 months old. Does anyone knows how to solve this?

@Vania15  Have you checked the status of your payout preference?  If it says "Pending" for all this time, it means that Airbnb hasn't been able to verify the account.  Airbnb holds all payouts until the payout preference has been verfied.  

If the payout preference says "Ready"  then the payout should be released to you.  

What does your status say?
