Hi,

When I open my Airbnb app, suddenly I find Pending, on top left side. What does it mean?

Usually it means you have a reservation request waiting for a reply. Check your reservation page and see if there is a request waiting.

Hi, thank you for your reply. But I don't think it is the case: when i've a requested i am alerted and i find it in the inbox section... but there is nothing!

maybe is just a bug on the App, try to restart the app and your phone/pad, see what happen.

i have the same concern.
it says "Pending" and my home screen shows i have 3 requests but i don't have anything in my Inb

@Fabrizia2 The phone apps are buggy. Use the Chrome browser on a computer, log into AirBnB, and see what it says there. If all Dashboard notices and the Message section are clear, then it's just that the app is buggy.

I really urge everyone to NOT rely on the phone app. Use it for convenience, but don't expect it to behave properly, or for things you might set in it to be properly reflected on the web site.
