Plumbing problems, need help finding another host quick

Help, I'm having plumbing problems just hours before my guests arrive this evening. What should i do? I've reach out to three hosts in my area and none can accommodate my guests. I've called air bnb multiple times but we keep getting disconnected. When i finally spoke to someone the connection was so bad i couldn't hear her. She agreed to email me but she never did. My guest are flying in and i don't know what to do. Please assist!
