Pre Approval Issues

Hi Everyone,

I am just wondering if anyone has had an issue with pre approvals. Once I have sent a pre approval with or without blocking the dates the client cannot book the ates after that I cannot pay on the site. It has been with our last 2 booking that this has started happening and was just wondering if there is any advice on how to sort this out.
