Price in quote is lower than nightly price I posted?

Has anyone had a guest try to book for less than your fixed rate? I had someone send me a request for $8/night for a week long stay. $8 isn't even close to my regular nightly rates, and the week they are booking is actually a big race event 3 miles from my home. I am so confused how this even is possible. Thankfully, I noticed before accepting the reservation. I emailed the guest to let them know there must be some glitch and I couldn't accept the reservation due to this pricing issue.
