Pricing Issue

We set our price at $35 per night but the request from the guest came to us as $21 per night.  Why is this the case?  What did we do wrong?

There are many issues with the website. They will never admit it but the website has many technical issues. I've been reporting issues for the last two years.

Just before covid started, they changed something and the website had more technical issues.

One of the issues is pricing its impossible to control. Right now I have reported major pricing issues. I set one price and the app shows a different price. The customer service trys to blame it on "smart Pricing" but it's already off.
