Pricing for multiroom villa

Hi everyone! I manage two high end villas in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. They're beautiful properties with so much potential. Since we don't have a multiroom option, how do you suggest I tackle this... I'm very new to this Airbnb thing and it's driving me crazy not being able to get it right!
