Pricing!!!

I've just received an enquiry for a booking for 365 days.  My calculation based on what I charge for my room (£30 x 364) is £10,920 then minus airbnb's service fee.    The price that comes up shows a sum of £8,222 before service fee.  Am I missing something?

@Susan187you have a 25% monthly discount set. 

If you want to change it, go to Edit your listing, then Pricing, then Length-of-stay discounts and modify your settings.
