Promoting your listing to specialist audiences

The main observation about my many guests is that they don't connect with (or go out in) the beautiful (and award winning) garden I have created around the house over many years, they connect with the art and decor inside to an extent, but I'd really like to reach audiences (such as serious gardeners and artists) who would appreciate these qualities but currently there doesn't seem any way to within the confines of a listing. I'm considering advertising in specialist garden magazines or websites, or even joining a 'unique homes to rent' type agency as well, but would much prefer if there was a way within airbnb to highlight when a property has something unique about it and where people book for that reason above all else.

Having thought about this, what about a category - like super hosts, but 'super listings' where the qualities of the property itself can earn special merit that gets a badge on the home page?

One suggestion for Mike and the gardens - pictures! Love that you can have lots of pictures with captions in Airbnb we have marked trails that lead to a great overlook of a river and pictures highlight this well. 

Don't really like another badge as this could be hard to monitor and keep objective what about more amenities & icon options? Also allowing expanded search on these unique amenities?

Thanks Dan. Have the pictures up ok. You probably right about the badge option. Airbnb is probably swamped with the number of responses their invitation has prompted....cheers Mike
