Putting rates up

hi everyone

I want to put my rates up but have some guests booked in next month, if i change by base line rate will it mean the people who have already booked have to pay my updated price or will they pay the price that was advertised when they booked?

Hello @Camilla111,

Airbnb charges guests immediately that the reservation is confirmed so the price they pay is fixed then.

If you increase your base price it will affect new reservations made after that. If any currently confirmed guests decide to extend their existing reservation the added dates will be at your new rate.
