Receiving Warning Notice "YOU HAVE 1 LISTING TO WORK ON", but BOTH my listings rating above 4.7

Hello Everyone:

I am receiving RED warning notice for long time, that indicating " YOU HAVE 1 LISTING TO WORK ON". I clicked the listing, it shows my overall rating is 4.6, but NONE of my current ACTIVE listing are below 4.7(I have 2 listings)I called Airbnd, the representative told me that both my listings review rating are over 4.8, he couldn't do nothing about it. I can see huge change of my listing views falling. from 6000 to 3000 something thirty days view. Someone can give me advises? Thnk you! Lan
