Referral Credit Not Applied

Hi,

I registered for an account with my friend's sign up link, but the referral credits haven't been applied to either of our accounts. I think this may be because I signed up through Facebook? Is there any way to apply the $30 first-time credit for me and the $30 referral credit for her even after my account has been made? I haven't booked anything yet.

I have also found that referral credit hasn't been applied :S

And I assumed credits would be applied at the time of booking.

Mine too, I registered just now using my friend's referral link. But it says the travel credit it not applied because it only applies if you are new in Airbnb. How can I be not new, I just registered. Did anyone got their credit?

Same thing happened to me. Does Airbnb have tech support responding to these inquiries or is it just an echo chamber?
