Refunding Airbnb's Service Fee After Cancellation

One of our guests needs to cancel their reservation for next month. We have a moderate cancellation policy which will provide them with a full refund (minus the Airbnb service fees). Is there a way for us to either 1) get the Airbnb service fee refunded as well or 2) send them money via the resolution center after they cancel to refund them ourselves for the service fees?

@Tahoe-Made0 The guest needs to call AirBnB themselves AirBnB will refund service fee's 3 times a year for cancellations.

@Tahoe-Made0 but why would you like to refund them the service fee personaly? It's not like you recieve that money, they go to aAirbnb. It is their own decision to cancel and they should ask for the refund from Airbnb.

Why would you want to give guests the service fees out of your own pocket?? The guest gets all their money back.... ABB gets their fees.... you loose money to so that ABB gets to keep the fees??

Why would you pay the guest only so ABB can keep their fees?

If the guest wants their fee back they need to contact the ABB - since ABB keeps the fees, not the host.
