Replying to text messages

Hi, Me and my Sister are going to Japan this september we are staying at 3 AirBnbs. First Tokyo in which the host reply fast and the instructions to the house, same with the Kyoto Host also was fast to reply. But our Final destination Host which is Osaka did not send us any confirmation nor was there any instructions to the house... Should i give him a couple days to reply? or should i contact support. i also have send him a few messages.
