Request guest contact number

Hi how can i get guest's contact number from airbnb as guest did not reply my message. Thanks

If you have a confirmed reservation then the guests email and contact number should be showing up on your system.

However, BnB advise all communications should go through their online system.

If you can't reach a guest they maybe travelling without access to the internet.

If the matter is urgent. Contact BnB and they can try and reach out to the guest.
