Resolving damage claim - resolution centre is not functioning properly

I would like to contact someone at AIRBNB to help me officially file a claim on a security deposit.  I've gone through the resolution centre various times and it is not functioning appropriately - e.g., photos wont upload, explanation of damage not going through, etc.  Guest left last weekend so I'm limited in time to file a claim.  

 

This is related to an electronic pool cover which was accidentally stepped on and ripped.  Damage deposit was $1,000.  Repair company suggests repair will be $1,000+.

@Tom110   Send a message via Air BNB Twitter asking for help with the Resolution Ctr.  Everytime I have used Twitter, I received a response within a couple of hours.
