Response rate not changing

I've been responding to requests in a timely manner, but the response rate is not changing.

Any thoughts?

MY exact question.  This bothers me as I am new to this and I have answered everything that anyone has asked within the time restraints and yet it has me as taking several days or 0% response.........What is going on and can this be fixed PLEASE
