Response rate

Does anyone know, to maintain my response rating, do I have to 'Accept' or 'Decline' a reservation enquiry within 24 hours or is a reply to an enquiry (asking for more details) enough to maintain my response rate until I hear back from a guest?

Hi @Polly2,

You need to respond to an "inquiry" within 24 hours BUT if it is a "Reservation Request", you have 24 hours to either accept or decline.
