Response to first review. Cant seem to reply

Im trying to reply to my first review but cant seem to find the button.  Can someone advice?

I'm not sure where you are on the platform but if you're trying to reply right through the guest's profile page, it won't work.  You have to do it through your end of the platform.

I know I'm not being clear.

Go to Help section and pull down the menu.  Go to Reviews.  You'll find the answer there, I'm sure.

Thanks Wendy. Im trying to reply from my listing page but there is no button. Alright. Ill see what I can find.
