Responsiveness Rate inaccurate???

Hello out there. Please could anyone tell me why I have a threat of deactivation due to a 'low responsiveness rate'? I have always answered all requests well within 24 hours and last time I looked I had a perfect responsiveness rate. I just haven't had many enquiries lately. Many thanks.

Make sure you are not using the text messaging notice to reply to guests inquiries, the text messages are only a notice from Airbnb.

We received similar notification before and I contacted Airbnb customer service, they looked into it and removed the notification, all good. Perhaps you can try contacting the customer service.
