My last guest also says he has not received his deposit back from AirBnb. Could someone contact me re Confirmation code

Karyn, this is not Airbnb support, this is just hosts helping each other out.  The guest needs to contact Airbnb direct, it is an airbnb problem, not yours or the communities.

If there has been no claim to the deposit, there is nothing to return.  It is not charged in the first place.
