Revenue reporting each month

Hello Everyone...im cureently operating 12 rooms and 1 appartment in Vancouver and I am wondering if there is a way for me to generate a report that provides a break down of net fees paid out to me minus the cleaning fees so i can break these out of my revenue figures each month? 

Any ideas would be appreciated???
