Not all guests have reviews, they may be newbies. I guess all we have to go on in these instances are verifications and trust. A few pointed yet polite questions never hurt either. 😉

you can only see reviews if they have some reviews

I have a policy that I will only host subject to receiving  reviews from previous hosts who hosted the applicant. Is this quite a common practice ?
