Reviews

My guest has tried to place a review on Airbnb but it's not happening for her.  What can she do?  Any hints..

@Barry-and-Di0 Airbnb will send your guest an email requesting that she leave a review.  Has she gotten it yet?  Also, be sure that the 14 day period for leaving a review hasn't expired.  After 14 days it's not possible to leave a review.  😞

 

 

Hello, Thanks for replying.  Yes my guest has received her email requesting her review, she replied and sent a review (she thought) but it still hasn't shown in th review section.

@Barry-and-Di0 Have you reviewed your guest? When both of you have completed a review during the 14 day period each review will appear automatically.  If one left a review and the other didn't, the lone review will appear after 14 days.
