SUGGESTED RATES BY AIRBNB

As host I like the idea to receive suggestions for the best rates in real time, but I would love if I was able to define the beginning and the end of the period plus the minimum rate per night I would rent for. 

Also it is cool to recognize the rates by color: red too high, orange quite high and blue OK. Maybe we could have green for the rates we could rise a little bit.

@Andrea39You can do that now: go to your calendar and highlight the time period in question, then click the suggested rates. You can then "accept" or "cancel" the suggested smart pricing.

I think lower rates show up as green now . . .

I was told by Airbnb rep the colors on the rates were used by the administrative team.  Had nothng to do with to high or low.
