Hello. I just ran across this message board. I am a host in Texas and just had a horrible experience with a guest who lied that she was in town visiting her ill and dying grandmother but in fact wanted a party house for a post wedding party and I have had 50 people show up at my house in the last hour but ironically not the girl that said she was just renting a room for her and her mother. I'm not able to find an 800 number for emergencies on the Airbnb website. Since I am now extremely upset and very concerned about safety I am writing Airbnb a very long complaint letter detailing what happened. Does anyone know if they have an 800 emergency number? Thank you for your time.
