Security deposit

My guest wants to add another person beyond the 4 person limit. I am agreeable to that as long as I can add a security deposit which, currenty I don't have. I need to change the reservation anyway to add another person, and change the price, so I am wondering if I can add the security deposit at that time. I realize you cannot add a secuity deposit after booking, but can you add a sec dep when you make changes to a current booking?

I haven't changed a reservation in progress like that.  I suggest you call Airbnb Customer Service.  They will help you.
