Selection criteria of Similar listings 类似房源

Dear airbnb host,

I have a listing https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/19563991?locale=en which is located in AnJi ZheJiang China, where the bamboo forest fight scene of the Oscar-winning movie Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon (卧虎藏龙) was filmed.

I would like to know how to make my listing selected to be in the “similar listings” which appear under the map of each listing. The listings are not necessarily superhost, nor having many reviews, nor having instant booking on. I cannot find a clear pattern how the listings are selected. Does Airbnb have some selection criteria?
