Service fee invoice VAT country

Hello,

I started getting Airbnb service fee invoices with VAT country/rate of my citizenship. I have nothing to do with my country of citizenship on tax matters, so why Airbnb charges any VAT then? Few months ago it was possible to choose Tax Residency in account settings, but now this option disapared and Airbnb customer service does not reply on this matter. Any idea how to stop this nonsense?

Tried to contact Airbnb customer service. A week ago no name support team member replied "I've forwarded your inquiry to a member of my team who can better assist you. They'll be getting in touch with you soon" and closed support case. Still no reply. Few days ago asked the same question, support case was just closed again wihtout any futher message.
