Several reqests are coming through Airbnb when they have already booked my apartment

Can someone assist with how it is possible that Airbnb are sending me several requests for my apartment when they have booked and confirmed the same period.

Apparently, my apartment is showing that it is available for instant booking, but my calendar shows absolutely no availability.

Over the past week, I have received about a dozen requests enqiring about a previously booked period.  These requests are coming through my email account and not through the Airbnb site.  It is very frustrating trying to respond to queries that should not be allowed, and in one instance, I was cited for not responding in a timely manner when I had no availability.

I have sent them 2 emails to ask how to clarify this, but although I have had an acknowledgement of my email, I haven't had a response to fix the problem.

I would appreciate any help with what to do
