Shared Room with different groups of guests

We are renting out a Shared Room (our living room), which can accomodate up to 4 people. 2 in a bed and 2 on the coutch. Is it normal/common to have 2 groups of guests sharing this space (2 on the bed and 2 on the couch)? If so, how do you set this up in the listing? Or do you need to make 2 listings? Anything else to take into consideration or mention?

I suggest to create 2 different listings (1 for the couch and 1 for the bed).

Ditto to what @Farah1 said 🙂 

Also make sure you explain clearly about the set up (that the shared room is technically a living room - so I assume there is no door) and the distance between the couch and bed. I would suggest you define a space divide in case you have 2 separate teams sharing the space.
