Sharing access to carport?

Hello!  I am going to advertise my residence as an Airbnb room rental, starting in JAN 2018 - - rather than a whole house. 

I have covered parking, for one car only. . For those of you who rent rooms, how do you work out a fair plan, for sharing the covered carport space?  As the host / landlord, should I offer it solely to the guest?

@Jean118 Is there convenient parking nearby? If so, I’d probably keep the carport for yourself. If parking is difficult or expensive, it would certainly be a perk for your listing, but you’ll have to factor the hassle of finding parking fit yourself. I don’t suggest a “sharing” arrangement (I.E. host gets MWF and guest gets TTh, etc) because that’s too much.
