@Jiw0 it is not enough to answer on the inquiry, you should clik on the buttons "pre approve" or "decline"

Is that new?    I don't like to click Pre Approve because AirBnB will then bug/pressure the guest to make a booking within 24 hours, I don't think that's a polite thing to do.  Also I have Instant Book turned on (which I also dislike, but if I don't my listings get disappeared in search results) so there's really no reason to pre-approve something.
