Smart Pricing

I have 2 rooms that are, I'm pretty sure, among the most popular in my area.  So, I'm assuming my rooms would be booked at the front end of a period of high demand.  So, smart pricing would kick in, toward the end of that booking spike, correct?  Meaning, wouldn't AirBnB's algorithms pick up on a price increase after all of the popular homes have been booked already, so the only hosts that will benefit from the smart pricing increase would be the last few booked.  Am I understanding this correctly?

Whoa @Jenni7!! I don't think any hosts would know the way Airbnb's algorithms work. Only Airbnb's technology team might be aware of this. But then again I could be wrong. 🙂

Stands to reason @Jenni7, thinking strictly along the lines of supply & demand.
