Help me --every time i put in check out time on the drop menu this  message keeps coming up.

ive deleted history cleared all cookies and cache , restarted Pc left it for a few days ,tried different browsers and different pcs , logged a complaint and a genetic email said thank you we recievd you email and the issue has been resolved - great start Airbnb- not resolved
