Special offer included a giant service fee for the guest - how do I stop that?

I want to give a potential guest a special offer. I used the Special Offer tab. I put in my Special Offer amount and that showed the correct amount, however, it also included a service fee that the guest had to pay. This service fee was tens of thousands of dollars. There is something wrong and I can not figure out why it is doing that.
