I want to place a general 3 nights for the price of 2 Special Offer (not guest specific) on my listing for the winter. Can any one tell me if it can be done and how.
@Nick229 - yes you can do this. There's a couple of ways to accomplish it:
Put it at the top of your listing description - "From xx to xx we offer 3 nights for the price of 2 - inquire with us before booking". And then when you get reservations for 3 nights, you can send a "special offer" for the price of only 2 nights. https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/35/how-do-i-send-a-guest-a-special-offer
If you only want to take 3-night stays during the winter, you can set a seasonal requirement for 3 nights minimum and set the nightly price to be only enough to be 2 normal nights income. This way will allow a guest to book for 4, 5, 6, etc. nights (meeting the minimum) at the new lower, nightly price. https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/503/how-do-i-set-custom-or-seasonal-pricing
