Staying one night more

Hello,

my guests stayed one night more then they made reservation.I forget to ask them to pay and they forget,too.Now they want to pay.

What I have to do?

Hi @Elza1 since everyone is in agreement about the extra night's stay, you can use the Resolution Center to collect the payment.
